# Deposits

> Deposit, view, withdraw, and transfer resources in the alliance bank

Keep your money and resources safe in the alliance bank. The bot tracks your personal balance for all 12 resources. You must be a verified member, and the commands work in Immortals servers only.

## Make a deposit

1. Run `/deposit new`.
2. Optional: set `autofill` to **Peacetime** or **Wartime**. This pre-fills the in-game form with your excess resources above the warchest requirement.
3. Click **Deposit Funds**. This opens the in-game alliance bank page.
4. Send the deposit in game.

You do not need a deposit note. The bot recognizes your deposit from your nation and credits it in a few seconds. The bot sends you a DM when it credits the deposit.

If you are repaying a loan, type `repay` in the in-game note box. Without the note, the payment counts as a normal deposit.

If nothing happens after about a minute, click **Credit Now**. The bot then checks your recent bank records and credits anything missing. Double crediting is impossible. Clicking twice is harmless.

## View your balance

Run `/deposit view`. The bot shows your balance for every resource.

## Withdraw

1. Run `/deposit withdraw`.
2. Enter an amount for each resource you want, or set `autofill` to **Peacetime** or **Wartime** to withdraw what you are missing for that warchest level.
3. Check the confirmation prompt. It shows exactly what you will receive.
4. Click confirm. The bot sends the resources to your nation and debits your balance.

Rules:

* If you request more than you have, the bot reduces the amount to your balance and tells you.
* You can run one withdrawal at a time.
* Frozen accounts cannot withdraw. Contact a banker if your account is frozen.
* If the game does not respond mid-withdrawal, contact Econ staff to resolve it.

## Transfer to another member

1. Run `/deposit transfer` with `user` and the amounts to send.
2. Confirm the prompt.

The recipient must have an account with the bot. You cannot transfer to yourself.

## Banker tools

* `/deposit freeze user:@member` toggles a freeze on a member's account. Frozen accounts cannot withdraw, transfer, or place market orders.
* `/deposit export` writes all deposit balances to the alliance econ spreadsheet and replies with a link.
