# Leadership tools

> Coalitions, monitors, sheet cards, and blitz planning

These commands are for leadership and Milcom. Members do not need them day to day.

## Coalitions

Save a named group of alliances once. Then use the name anywhere a command asks for `alliances_or_coalitions`.

* `/coalitions set name:<name> alliance_ids:<list>` saves or updates a coalition.
* `/coalitions clear name:<name>` removes one.
* `/coalitions view` lists every saved coalition and its alliances.

## Monitors

Monitors post live alerts to a channel when tracked in-game events happen. Every monitor takes `tracking_ids` (alliances or coalitions to watch) and a `channel`.

| Monitor                             | Alerts when                                                                                  |
| ----------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| `/monitors defensive_wars`          | A tracked nation is declared on. Options can ping Milcom and auto-create a war room.         |
| `/monitors offensive_wars_alliance` | A tracked nation declares an offensive war.                                                  |
| `/monitors below_40_war_resistance` | An enemy in a tracked war drops to 40 resistance or below.                                   |
| `/monitors beige_attacks`           | An attack would beige a nation.                                                              |
| `/monitors open_slots_soon`         | Tracked nations' defensive slots open soon. Can ping the beige role and filter by last loot. |
| `/monitors open_slots_now`          | Slots open immediately.                                                                      |
| `/monitors city_build`              | A tracked nation builds a city.                                                              |

Manage them with `/monitors list` and `/monitors delete channel:<channel>`.

## Sheet cards

`/sheet-card` posts a reusable card with buttons. A member presses a button and the bot generates a fresh war spreadsheet on demand: all allies, all enemies, open enemies, enemies leaving beige, and more. Staff can add and remove buttons on the card after posting. Do not spam the buttons.

## Blitz planning

Leadership plans coordinated strikes with the blitz sheet.

* `/blitzsheet set-sheet` registers the spreadsheet.
* `/blitzsheet config` sets the allied and enemy alliances or nations to track.
* `/blitzsheet update` refreshes the sheet with current data. An optional `sort` reorders enemies by score, cities, or infrastructure while keeping assignments.
* `/blitzsheet blitzchannels create` creates the private team channels from the sheet's assignments. The bot asks for a typed confirmation because this step cannot be undone. Each team gets a private channel with its targets. Wait for the Milcom signal before you attack.
