# War rooms

> Coordinate each fight in a private per-enemy channel

The bot keeps one private channel per enemy nation. Everyone fighting that enemy coordinates there. Channels are named after the enemy nation and grouped by the enemy's city tier. A checkmark in the name means the enemy's defensive slots are full.

## Join or leave

* `/warchannel join enemy_nation_link_or_id:<enemy>` adds you to the channel for that enemy. The bot creates the channel if none exists. The channel shows the enemy's nation card with buttons to find counters and add them.
* `/warchannel leave` removes you. Run it inside the channel.

Members already fighting the enemy are added automatically.

## Check a war

* `/war war_id_or_link:<war>` shows live info for one war: both sides, resistance, war points, turns left, and control states.
* `/wars` shows a nation's active wars. Give `user` or `nation_id_or_link`. Add `sheet_id` to export the wars to a spreadsheet instead.

## Milcom tools

* `/warchannel create` makes a blank war channel. Add up to three members with the `member_1..3` options.
* `/warchannel assign enemy_nation_link_or_id:<enemy>` points a blank channel at an enemy and posts their nation card.
* `/warchannel delete` deletes the current war channel after 30 seconds.
* `/warchannel-utils refresh` re-posts the enemy's up-to-date card and updates the slot marker.
* `/warchannel-utils add-member` adds one person after a pre-flight check card. Give one of `user`, `discord_id`, or `nation_id_or_link`.
* `/warchannel-utils add-fighting-members` adds everyone currently fighting this channel's enemy.
* `/warchannel-utils war-status` lists the enemy's active wars.
* `/warchannel-utils create-counter-order` opens a form and posts a counter order that pings up to three members.
* `/warchannel-utils overview` lists every war channel with the enemy's war counts and engaged members.

## Leadership tools

`/warchannel bulk-delete alliances_or_coalitions:<list>` cleans up old channels. Channels for enemies still fighting the listed alliances are kept. The bot posts a preview file and asks for confirmation before it deletes anything.
