The bot checks members against alliance standards. Government staff run the checks. Members get a role and a DM when they fail a check. This page tells you what each check measures and how to pass it.

What happens when you fail a check

  1. The bot adds a non-compliant role to your Discord account. Examples: an inactive role or a below-warchest role.
  2. The bot can send you a DM. The DM lists each issue and gives a link or a bot command to fix it.
  3. Fix the issue in game.
  4. The bot removes the role after the next check shows you pass.

Running a check (government)

Government staff with an IA, Econ, or Milcom role can run checks. Each check works the same way:
  1. Run the command. Set alliances_or_coalitions to a comma-separated list of alliance IDs or saved coalition names.
  2. The bot posts a summary embed. It shows total nations, failing nations, and the percent failing.
  3. The bot attaches a CSV file. The file lists each failing nation with a link and the relevant stats.
  4. The bot syncs the matching non-compliant role. It adds the role to new failures and removes it from members who now pass. It also lists unlinked nations to handle manually.

Check commands

Notes:
  • /mmr-check: a nation fails if any of its four averages is below the matching MMR digit. Set add_role to false when you check other alliances.
  • /warchest-check: works in The Immortals servers only. It always checks the home alliance. Members in the accelerated growth program are exempt.
  • /efficiency-check: applicants and nations in vacation mode are excluded.

Bulk checks (government)

/bulk-check runs several checks in one session and can DM every failing member one combined to-do list.
  1. Run /bulk-check with alliances_or_coalitions.
  2. Select the checks you want from the menu.
  3. Fill in the parameter form if a selected check needs one. Defaults: 72 hours for activity, peacetime at 80% for warchest, 90% for efficiency.
  4. The bot runs each check in sequence and posts each result.
  5. The bot posts a final summary. It shows failing counts per check and the number of members with at least one issue.
  6. Choose Send DMs or Skip DMs. The DM option has a 2-minute window.
Each DM greets the member by leader name, lists their issues with fix links, and points them to the help channel. The bot then reports how many DMs it sent, how many failed, and how many members have no linked Discord account. The session belongs to the person who ran the command. It ends after 10 minutes of inactivity.
